Could someone please tell me which bank has the lowest interest for a 30k personal loan of 1 year, please? And also for 20k also in 1 year.

Have you checked the Moneyland comparator? Must it be a personal loan or could it be a margin loan?

If you can, you will probably get lower rates with a margin loan, as pointed out by @Max.
Otherwise, these rates vary all the time and many banks do not publish them, so you should get a few offers.

Thank you Max and @Baptiste Wicht , I don't have enough stocks for a margin loan I believe. Currently I am only on NEON, even if I am a new client for a bank, can I get a loan?

Usually, it's easier if you are already a client. But many banks will lend you money even if you are not a client, but you have worse conditions (or they will force you to become a client).
