E-Tax Statements for Interactive Brokers available in the future

Hi,

Recently, I have been working with Datalevel AG , a company specialized in e-tax statements, to get something ready for Interactive Brokers!
I have tested the service myself, and it works, generating an e-tax statement for my account.

The company is currently looking for some testers. If everything goes well, this should start to be available for 2025 taxes (the price is not yet available).

If you are interested, you can check out their information and contact them if you want to try:

This is a really great feature, and I am happy companies are trying this.

Thank you for the news. It sounds interesting! But I'm just wondering what the Datalevel AG as added administrator of my account (based on onboarding paper) could do wrong to my account....

Very good question :) And I asked the same one when I onboarded myself.

The name administrator is pretty bad because it makes us think it has all permissions. While in fact it can only collect date, but they have no access to funding and trades.

Thank you for the information. Next we shall wait for the price... others like SQ or Saxo in the past charged 100CHF for the tax statement if not mistaken... so that's the anchor point... 😁
 
Yeah, I did it manuall ylast year and it took me like 8 hours ( to understand how to do it was the most part of it)

I indeed did not use it with Swissquote where I also have an account, because 100chf is too expensive for the service for my taste.
I think I would pay up to 40chf for the service

Yes, the first time it can take some time to be exactly sure of what we are doing. But it then takes less time every year (y)

I think anything below 50 CHF and they will have some good traction. I agree that 100 CHF for this is too expensive.
 
Just a question, I tried to call to this company, no answer. Doesn't answer e-mail. Nothing...

There is only a Natel Number on the page from DataLevel...

What's the current status for the e-Steuerauszug from IBKR ?

Have you tried the ech email address? I don't know about their phone numbers.

There has not been any news, we only expect something in late 2025.
I can ask them if something has changed if you want.

So, in that case, we'll have to be patient... Basically, however, if a telephone number and an e-mail address are given on a website, then of course you can call and write an e-mail. But if there is no reply, the potential customer will naturally ask whether the company even exists.
 
Hi all. For your information. I contacted them by mail and showed some interest on the upcoming product resp. to become a tester. I received reply with li k to their website and details for onboarding next day. I didthe on boarding and informed them by mail again but have not heard anything since... a bit strange... mhhhh???
 
They checked and there was indeed an issue with this email so that some emails found their way into the spam folder. This has been fixed and people have been contacted. I hope everything is back on track now.
