I'm not into Krypto, so bare with me ...
Anyway I have bought some IBIT shares on Yuh a while ago (to keep myself uptodate essentialy). Now I'm failing ...
1) ... at moving those IBIT shares to IBKR (as Yuh you doesn't allow it
) and also...
2) ... at buying IBIT on IBKR, as IBKR hides it behind a higher permission level (complex products). I asked for that permission and anwered the 10 quiz-questions the sent me to test my "knowledge (thanks Chat GPT!). I also swindle a bit about my "experience" with complex products (I don't have any, and I'm not interested .. yet ...). But even with my perfect quiz score and when if I enter "5 years" experience and "25-50 transactions per year" IBKR denies to unlock IBIt for me, period. Also customer service doesn't react on my questions regarding the issue (now already 3 days).
Anybody had a similar issue and found a solution?
Do I have to go to another broker for a few IBIT shares or even better buy Bitcoion on a Krypto plattform?
