NASDAQ-100

Has anyone here invested into the NASDAQ-100 index? Over the past ~15 years, it seems to have been the most successful stock package, even surpassing S&P 500 by quite a bit.

Would it be a good idea to buy 100% NASDAQ-100 on Interactive Brokers, as a long-term investment? Or is this not a good idea as a Swiss investor?

I am not convinced this is a great idea. This index has 400 fewer stocks than the S&P 500 and this index have thousands fewer stocks than the world stocks (or even the total US stock market). It's entirely possible that performance has been better, but your diversification will suffer. I think the SP&500 is a better index with at least more major stocks and less concentration.
