I would recommend Radicant, which is the BEST Swiss neobank and uses interbank rate for payment abroad.

Neon and Yuh are both significantly more expensive than Radicant in that regard.

WIR Bank Top also offers the interbank exchange rate. But it's a traditional bank, not a neobank.
