Radicant plans to merge with Numarics

The merger still needs to be approved, but BLKB-backed Radicant (6500 customers, 100 employees) plans to expand its range of services by including those offered by UBS-backed Numarics (3500 customers, 80 employees). BLKB will be the majority shareholder of the new structure.

This is interesting. At least, it will bring fresh capital to Radicant, but I am not sure it will change much.
