VT or VWRL to invest for long term

Hi there,

I would like to get some feedback to help me decide on a long-term investment in ETFs. I'm considering either VT (Vanguard Total World Stock ETF) or VWRL (Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF), but I'm unsure which one to choose. Additionally, could you provide information on the tax percentage on dividends in Zurich?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

VT has lower fees and higher tax efficiency, but it's a US ETF and some people prefer to avoid them
VWRL will be more expensive and lower tax efficiency, but it's a European ETF

As for dividends, they are taxed as income in every canton.
