Which non-US Global ETF to choose?

I have a Degiro account (i.e. no access to US-ETFs). That's why I am looking for VT alternatives available on Degiro. Which ones would you recommend and why?

An extra question:

• is it true that domicile in Ireland has better tax advantages among other European countries (L2TW: 0%) and thus should be preferred?

I would personally use VWRL which is large and distributing.

If you prefer accumulating ETFs, you could look at IWDA which is even larger and cheaper, but only tracks developed countries.

Yes. IE is best just after US.
