Why Can't I Buy the Maximum VT ETFs with My Available Cash on IBKR?

Hello guys,

Whenever I try to buy some VT ETFs on InteractiveBrokers, I look at my settled cash in CHF, I look at how much USD it equals, I calculate [my available USD / the price of one VT] to get the maximum number of VT I can buy.

For example, if I have 4416.53 CHF of settled cash and 1 CHF is equal to 1.13 USD, it means that I have 4416.53 * 1.13 = 4990.68 USD. Then if the price of the VT is 123 USD, I do 4990.68 / 123 = 40.57 which means that I can buy at at most 40 full VT. But for some reason when I try to buy 40 of them, I get a message that says that I don't have enough cash for the transaction. So I have to lower the amount like buy only 38 but then I have cash left which is not optimal.

I buy VT on the ARCA stock exchange which is in New York. I buy it generally in the evening in Switzerland around 8 pm. I have a cash account and I deposit money in CHF and buy US ETF directly with the automatic conversion. I buy with the Market order type. I don't have any other pending orders, I buy once a month.

Does someone know why I can't buy the maximum VT ETFs with my available cash?

The error message:
"Available settled cash converted to base: XXXX CHF Cash needed for this order and other pending orders: XXXX CHF You may be able to transfer funds from other currencies."
