Best bank/card for a 17yo student.

Requirements : A card that can be used cheaply to buy things on foreign websites, mostly French. and also does all normal things in Switzerland.
Online, on the phone. Very low cost or free.

I was in the process of helping my daughter to open a Neon Free account as I have the 2chf a month Neon version, but frankly they're being a bit slow and crap.
Are there any better ones?

Yuh is open starting at 14 years old. But the fees will be worse than Neon.
