Bitcoin ETF on IBKR

Hi all,

I would like to invest on BTC but I'm too lazy to create an account on a cryptocurrency broker. It's easier to have it unified on the same account of IBKR.

I saw that IBIT and FBTC have a big volume and low expense ratio (0.25) and then ARKB is even cheaper (0.21)but with less volume.

DO you have any experience with these? Do you recommend them?

Thank you.

Hi

I do not have experience with it, but I know that many people are using IBIT.

Last time I checked, you could not use IBIT on IB because of crypto. But you may be able to get IB1T which is another alternative held in Switzerland.

If I were using a BTC ETF, I would probably go with IBIT or IB1T.

I don't think you can buy crypto ETFs with IBKR. But you can buy the crypto/coins directly (They use Paxos, you need to ask the permission to trade it with IBKR). Saxo does allow you to buy IBIT/FBTC though.
