Forum - email notifications

I have setup quite extensive email notification for this forum. See attached. However, the last notification email I received dates from 25 February. Of course I have checked the usual suspects such as spam folder. Is it just me?

I receive email notifications for all new posts in subjects I follow without fault.

Did you not receive an email for my response?
