So I just got a letter from Migros informing me that they will cancel my Cumulus Visa credit card because I haven't used it in the past 12 months, (they give me one month to use it or else... lol).
To my knowledge, other credit card providers (Certo, Swisscard) don't have such policies. But just in case anyone uses the Migros credit card, be aware of that. I was a bit surprised, but I think I'll just let it be cancelled. I've kept it just in case, the best price insurance was useful twice, and for travel insurance, but since I already have a Swisscard and Certo One World (which also offers SOS international insurance) it is pretty much useless.
I used to use a credit card for my daily spending (which includes a lot of online purchases), but these past 2 years I've only used my debit card as they are pretty much accepted everywhere.
