instant bank transfer

Hello,
I'm going to purchase a used car, I'd like to pay the seller by instant bank transfer, not cash as he is asking. Yuh does not offer instant transfer. Which bank does? Neon?

Neon does not have instant transfers yet.

Currently, most big banks like , Raiffeisen, UBS and ZKB have them. The only digital bank with instant payments is Zak I believe, but I have never tried it.
 
off scope: if you can't instant transfer, what are people doing when buying a car? how do they transfer such qty of money? thanks
