Finpension or Viac: indecision about the choice

I'm seriously considering switching from finpension to findependent. I noticed on their website that transfer fees are waived until 30 June 2027, which makes the offer even more interesting.

One thing I'm wondering, though: if I switch now, would the fee waiver also apply to the contribution I plan to make in January?

What do you think, @Baptiste Wicht and @gaijin ? Baptiste, I think this would make an interesting topic for a blog post comparing findependent's new 3a offering with finpension and VIAC.

I think Findependent is a very attractive choice for many people who want a low-cost 3a investment with high-quality products.

For me personally, the 'Maximalgewicht' of Findependent is a deal breaker. I want to have one single fund in my 3a. For example, I don't understand the restriction of 80% for Swisscanto IPF I Equity Fund World ex CH. Also, compared to Viac and finpension, I feel Findependent is still less mature than Viac and finpension. But that's very subjective, I can't substantiate that with hard facts.

I am writing one indeed, should come early next month normally.

It's a good third pillar and they tick many of the proper boxes, but there are some things I dislike:
* The default portfolios try to force a responsible bias
* The default portfolios are a mix of responsible funds and standard funds, it does not make sense in my opinion
* The restrictions on the custom portfolios are not great.
